ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Growth Lead, you will have full ownership of tactical and operational execution while also contributing to strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for building scalable growth processes that further strengthen our solid foundation, while also developing and implementing a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy from scratch. Your efforts will drive customer acquisition and directly contribute to increasing our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will collaborate closely with the team on the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and report directly to the CEO.
Some of the things you’ll get to do:
- Implement a PLG strategy, aligning marketing with product usage data to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
- Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel, ensuring alignment from awareness to conversion.
- Manage acquisition efforts across paid and organic channels, optimizing campaigns for performance and results.
- Manage external agency relationships, ensuring alignment and performance.
- Handle editing, publishing, and redistributing our Digiexam Podcast to the ICP.

WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and external teams, aligning marketing efforts with broader company goals. You enjoy building processes from scratch and refining them over time. We’d also love for you to have:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
- An understanding and experience with Product-Led Growth strategies.
- Comfort with day-to-day operations of running and optimizing performance marketing, SEO, and acquisition campaigns.
